Step 02Usually within 3 business days
A written AI opportunity summary: where AI fits in your business, what to build first and why, what each piece takes in effort, and a fixed quote for the work. Yours to keep whether or not you go ahead.
By then: a written plan and a fixed quote in your inbox.
Step 03Weeks 1–4 · scope-dependent
We build on your accounts and your tools — nothing lives on ours. You see progress every week, review it with us, and redirect before anything is locked in. Larger scopes take longer; the quote says how long.
By then: the first systems live on your accounts, reviewed with you weekly.
Step 04Day 30+
A walkthrough of everything built, written documentation your team can follow, and a support window for questions once it is running. Then it is yours.
