WCAI is two people who audit, plan and build the AI systems businesses, owners and creators don’t have the hours for. We work remotely, from wherever you are, and everything we build runs on your own accounts and stays yours.
Who we are
Every engagement is the two of us, from the first call to the handoff.
Founder
Tommie started WCAI to do the part most businesses never get to: working out where AI actually fits, before anything gets built. On an engagement he runs the audit and the plan — what you already have, where the time is going, and which one thing is worth changing first. He also writes most of what WCAI publishes.
Co-founder
Jake builds what the plan calls for, and builds it on your accounts rather than ours — sites, assistants, automations, and the media around them. On an engagement he owns the technical side: what gets wired to what, what it runs on, and how you keep running it after we step away.

The consultation is $24.99, and it comes before anything else. What follows is quoted for your scope, in writing, before it starts.

A walkthrough, written documentation, and a support window. Then it is yours.

The no-homework promise
Every AI system comes with a pile of learning-how: which tools, which settings, how they connect, what to write in the prompts. That pile is the part you don’t have the hours for.
We take it off your plate. You don’t need to have read anything, tried anything, or know one tool from another before the call — you tell us how the business runs, and we do the learning, the building and the writing-down. What you get back is something you can run without having studied it.
